The Pump Rental Policies
- Renter must be over 21 years of age to rent facilities.
- A deposit of one-half of the rental agreement is to be paid at the time of booking to hold reservations. The remaining balance to be paid before beginning of event.
- Renter may bring decorations for parties, but it is the responsibility of the renter to set up and take down.
- Rental reservation times include set up and clean up time. Adjust party times accordingly.
- Renter may bring own food and drinks. Food packages are available prior to rental date and must be made in advance.
- Refrigerator and freezer space are not available.
- Staff is to be respected and obeyed.
- Pyrotechnics are not permitted.
- Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco products are NOT permitted at The Pump.
- The renter is responsible for providing adequate supervision according to the size of the group attending. The Pump staff is not included in that number.
- The Pump and Pump Staff shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage that may occur to the renter and or their guest.
- The renter will be held responsible for any damages to the facility caused by the renter and/or their guest.
- In the case of cancellation, more than 48 hours prior to rental date, deposit amount will be refunded. If within 48 hours of event date, the full deposit will be retained by The Pump.
