Want to play at the Pump? Read over our expectations. If you can respect what we expect, than all you need to do is fill out the application below and send it via email, not to our MySpace. Please keep in mind that our schedule is limited, it may take some time to work you into the calendar. We will do our best to get you in.
The Pump Expectations for the Bands Performing:
The Pump expects all artists to be respectful of the age limits (all ages) of the youth attending our concerts. The excessive use of profanity, vulgarity, sexually explicit or violent behavior/lyrics while performing on stage will not be tolerated. Keep in mind that your audience will be of Junior High and High School age. Concerts are about the music, we value your music and we want the audience to value it as well. Bands are also expected to distribute at least 100 - 150 flyers. A flyer design will be provided by The Pump or you can design your own. Some flyers will be printed by The Pump but you need to do your part in promoting yourselves and passing out your flyers. The quickest way to gain the respect of a venue…bring in 100 people on your own.
